WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Freedom Ring Road from Siggelkow Road to Brandenburg Way.
Unity Way from Freedom Ring Road to the east plat line.
Brandenburg Way from Freedom Ring Road to the eat plat line.
Valor Way from Freedom Ring Road to the west line of Lot 188.
Star Spangled Trail from Valor Way to the northeast line of Lot 125.
Kirkwood Court from Unity Way to the end.
Honor Court from Brandenburg Way to the end.
Siggelkow Road improvements (north side) from the east plat line to Triangle Street.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1927 $517,394.41 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on June 1, 2005.
