DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 2005 N. Sherman Avenue from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District to approve mixed-use building and construct outdoor-eating area for restaurant-tavern.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00371 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00371.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District:

 

The North 1/2 of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 2, McKenna Park; said parcel contains 7,242 square feet, more or less.”
