Title
Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Right of Entry agreement with the University of Wisconsin to construct Phase 2 of the Willow Creek Box Culvert Relief Storm Sewer. (5th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Madison has committed to construct the Phase 1 & Phase 2 of the Willow Creek Box Culvert Relief Storm Sewer; and
WHEREAS, to construct those improvement requires that the City utilize University and USDA lands during construction; and
WHEREAS, the lands for construction will displace access to parking for some UW and USDA employees; and
WHEREAS, the University has offered to allow an alternate temporary access be constructed to these parking areas across University lands to allow the employees to access parking during the City's construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an Right of Entry agreement with the University of Wisconsin.
