Amending Section 3.38 (1)(e) of the Madison General Ordinances by deleting the classification of Parking Operations Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 14 and recreating said position as a Parking Operations Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 16, thereof.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance deletes the classification of Parking Operations Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 14 and recreates the position in Compensation Group 20, Range 16.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (e) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of Parking Operations Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 14 and recreating said position as a Parking Operations Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 16, thereof.
