Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase III, Private Contract No. 1759

WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Annestown Drive - Broad Creek Boulevard (existing street) to Wyalusing Drive
Hopewell Drive - South Sprecher Road to Annestown Drive
Temporary cul-de-sac at intersection of Annestown Drive and Wyalusing Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on May 1, 2004.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1759 $36,479.42 useful life of 40-years.
