Title
Accepting a 15-foot wide Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from George W. and Sandra J. Kohn across property located at 2002 Waunona Way, Madison, Wisconsin.
Body
WHEREAS, in accordance with a provision for approval for the Conditional Use Application for an Addition to the single family home located at 2002 Waunona Way, the Owners are required to grant a 15-foot wide easement for the existing sanitary sewer installed circa 1952; and
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to provide such Easement to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division staff have reviewed and recommend acceptance of the Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Madison is hereby authorized to accept from George W. and Sandra J. Kohn, a 15-foot wide Public Sanitary Sewer Easement across the property described as follows:
A 15 foot wide public sanitary sewer easement over, under and across part of Lot 4, Block 3, HOBOKEN Beach, as recorded in volume 3 Plats, on page 19, as Document Number 258548, Dane County Registry, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 07 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 4, also being a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Waunona way; thence North 01 degree 07 minutes 08 seconds West along the west line of said Lot 4, 116.91 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 01 degree 07 minutes 08 seconds West along said west line, 16.83 feet; thence North 61 degrees 53 minutes 08 seconds East, 66.24 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 4; thence South 01 degree 02 minutes 49 seconds East along said east line, 16.85 feet; thence South 61 degrees 53 minutes 08 seconds West, 66.22 feet to the Point of Beginning. This description contains 993 square feet.
