Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 331-339 West Doty Street PUD, Private Contract No. 1957.

Body

WHEREAS, 335, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Doty Street adjacent to the PUD located at 331-339 West Doty Street. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on October 7, 2004. 

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1957  $6,865.98 useful life of 40 years.
