No City appropriation is required with the approval of this Certified Survey Map. City costs associated with urban development in this area will be included in future operating and capital budgets subject to Common Council approval.

WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution 16-00702, ID 44236, on September, 20, 2016 amending RES-16-00567 authorizing the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Madison and Greywolf Partners, Inc. for the purchase of Lots 32, 33 and 34 lying adjacent to a portion of Graaskamp Way proposed to be vacated and discontinued. Resolution RES-16-00702 states that the City and Greywolf Partners, Inc. agreed that the portion of Graaskamp Way south of John Wall Drive adjacent to the said Lots shall not be built and that the City of Madison is responsible for the discontinuance and vacation of that portion of Graaskamp Way as well as replatting of the discontinued right of way; and
WHEREAS a Certified Survey Map of property owned by City of Madison generally located at 6502-6702 Manufacturers Drive, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin has been duly filed for approval by the Plan Commission, its Secretary or his/her designee, as provided for in Section 16.23(5)(g) of Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes requires that the Madison Common Council approve any dedications proposed or required as part of the proposed division of the lands contained on said Certified Survey Map; and
WHEREAS the Common Council previously approved this Certified Survey Map by Resolution 17-00119 (ID 45465) by the Common Council on February 7, 2017; and
WHEREAS Wis. Stat. Ch. 236.34(2)(b) requires that a Certified Survey Map be offered for recording within twelve (12) months of the approval of same;
