RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Silicon Prairie Business Park - Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000 to expire not earlier than May 7, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
