The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3312. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3312. The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 2432-2436 Perry Street is hereby added to R4 General Residence District:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, T7, R9E beginning 660 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Quarter-Quarter Section, thence S00°06'38"W, 299 feet along the western line of Perry Street to the Point Of Beginning; thence N89°29'27"W, 164 Feet, thence S00°19'48"E, 140 Feet, thence S89°29'27"E, 164 feet, thence N00°19'48"W, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said area contains 0.53 acres."
