Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 534-542 West Washington Avenue PUD, Private Contract No. 1897.  (4th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Keller Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Washington Avenue located at 534-542 West Washington Avenue.  

WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the lien waivers and affidavits as required in the Developer's Agreement and that the statute of limitation has since expired.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the two-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on June 30, 2004.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1897 $5,000.00 useful life of 40 years.
