Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Employment Agreement between the City of Madison and Laura Cornell, Monona Terrace Sales Manager.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Madison, through its Monona Terrace Sales / Marketing / Events Manager and Ms. Cornell have successfully negotiated a mutually agreeable Employment Agreement for Ms. Cornell as Monona Terrace Sales Manager, such aggreement to take effect upon effect upon execution and to be terminable at will by either party.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement described herein on behalf of the City of Madison.
