Fiscal Note

This resolution authorizes the borrowing of $11,195,000 for sanitary sewer capital purposes through the issuance of Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds.  The bonds bear a true interest cost of 4.212963% and will be fully repaid over the next 15 years.  The projects financed by these bonds are included in the 2007 and 2008 Capital Budgets.
