Private Contract, No City Funds Required

Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for Capitol Point PUD, Private Contract No. 1804. (2nd & 4th ADs)

Body

WHEREAS, Capitol Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on North Hamilton Street adjacent to the Capitol Point PUD located at 127 North Hamilton Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on April 4, 2003.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1804 $58,625.00 useful life of 40 years.
