DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1401-1403 Theresa Terrace from SR-C3 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 3) District to SR-V1 (Suburban Residential-Varied 1) District to construct a three-unit single-family attached dwelling.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00607 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00608. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SR-V1 (Suburban Residential-Varied 1) District.
Lot 89, First Addition To Westvale, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said parcel contains 10,400 square feet.”
