DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 3222-3238 East Washington Avenue and 3229 Ridgeway Avenue from TR-C1 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 1) District and TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District for future multi-family/mixed-use development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00706 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00706. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District.
Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map 2971, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Brigham Plat, all in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 1.2 acres (52,227 square feet)”
