Title
Approving removal of existing street trees necessary for the development located at 820 Pulley Drive. (District 3)
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner has completed the required coordination with City Forestry for installation of utility service laterals and a driveway at 820 Pulley Drive, and,
WHEREAS, construction constraints and health of trees will require the removal of an existing street tree, and,
WHEREAS, the property owner’s contactor has applied for an Excavate in the Right of Way Permit (ENGROW-2026-00885).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That City Forestry is hereby authorized to issue the Tree Removal Permit required for construction at 820 Pulley Drive.
2. That the Property Owner will install a replacement street tree per plans approved by City Forestry after construction completes or contribute the corresponding funds to the Street Tree Removal Fund.
