WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC,  has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk,
 
      ·      Pine Lawn Parkway from Vista Meadow Drive to the north line of Lot 96 (existing street)
      ·      Golden Hue Boulevard (EB) from Pine Lawn Parkway to the east line of Lot 72
      ·      Golden Hue Boulevard (WB) from Pine Lawn Parkway to the east line of Lot 95
      ·      Vista Meadow Drive from Pine Lawn Parkway to the west line of Lot 68
            
Construct public alleys,
 
      ·      Outlot 4 from Vista Meadow Drive to the west line of Lot 73.
 
Construct Madison Standard concrete sidewalk adjacent to Outlot 12 along South Point Road
and along Pine Lawn Parkway.
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2080 $112,247.60 useful life of 40 years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on December 17, 2007.
