Title
Designating the Common Council meeting of July 11, 2006 agenda solely to inclusionary zoning proposals.
Body
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the Common Council will take action on the pending inclusionary zoning proposals in July, and;
WHEREAS, to avoid a lengthy meeting that requires the public to stay for a long period of time before they are called to speak,
THEREFORE BE IT IT RESOLVED, that at the request of the Mayor and Common Council President, the Common Council meeting agenda for July 11, 2006 will be solely dedicated to inclusionary zoning proposals, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other agenda items that would have appeared on the July 11, 2006 Common Council agenda be referred to the July 18, 2006 Common Council meeting, and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that agenda items other than inclusionary zoning that require action due to extraordinary time concerns, will be considered for placement on the July 11, 2006 Common Council agenda and require the permission of the Mayor and Common Council President to appear on the agenda.
