The proposed resolution authorizes a net-neutral transfer of $130,000 in General Fund GO Borrowing from the Sidewalk Program (Munis #15795) to the Hermina-Starkweather Creek Ped Bridge project (Munis #13664). The net-neutral GO Borrowing transfer is needed to have sufficient funding available for the Hermina-Starkweather Creek Ped Bridge project contract. No additional appropriation is required.

The proposed amends the 2026 Adopted Engineering-Bicycle & Pedestrian Capital Budget. The budget amendment authorizes a net-neutral transfer of $130,000 existing GO Borrowing budget from the Sidewalk Program (Munis #15795) to the Hermina-Starkweather Creek Ped Bridge project (Munis #13664). Upon transferring this budget, funding for the award of the contract will be available in the Hermina-Starkweather Creek Ped Bridge project in the Engineering-Bicycle & Pedestrian Capital Budget. No additional appropriation is required.
