Body

WHEREAS, Great Dane Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Waldorf Boulevard from Ritz Drive southerly to Mid Town Road.

Mayo Drive from the east plat line (existing street) westerly to Waldorf Boulevard.

Mayo Drive from Waldorf Boulevard westerly to the west plat line.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2002 $35,047.46 useful of 40 years.
