Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes the City to apply for and accept a grant from the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Municipal Flood Control Grant Program for the West Towne Pond project. If awarded, the 2026 Adopted Stormwater Utility Capital Budget would be amended by the grant award amount, up to $600,000, for the Citywide Flood Mitigation program (Munis #11513). The grant award would supplement funding in the 2026 Adopted Stormwater Utility Capital Budget for the West Towne Pond project. Funding already authorized in the 2026 Citywide Flood Mitigation Program will act as a grant match. No additional appropriation is required.
