Resolved that water service lateral installation improvements in The American Center Plat Third Addition which have been completed, be and are hereby approve, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500.00 to expire not earlier than September 14, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
