BE IT RESOLVED, that the Installation of Spring 2008 Street trees, Series 2-B which have been completed, be and hereby are accepted:
The total cost of such improvement being . . . . . . . . $69,507.36
Of which the City of Madison is to pay . . . . . . . . . . $ 4,621.50
And the abutting property owner . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $64,885.86
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property, payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited.

Approving Revised Assessments For
The Installation of Spring 2008 Street Trees - Series 2-B
Filed in the Office of the City Forester: June 11, 2008
To the Mayor and the Common Council:
The Common Council having ordained that the full cost, including inspection and supervision, of the initial installation of street trees shall be assessed to the abutting properties and that assessment for street trees shall be in accordance with Section 66.62 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Section 10.10 of the Madison General Ordinances, has directed that when the City Forester proposes the installation of street trees assessed to the abutting properties, he shall prepare a report listing the street trees to be planted, their location and schedule of assessments.
Now, therefore, in compliance with said instruction, the City Forester reports as follows:
