Fiscal Note
The updated Zoning Ordinance represents a comprehensive reworking of the City's Zoning regulations that regulate the use and magnitude of development allowed on City land parcels. The updated code results in many changes to zoning districts and should result in a more efficient zoning and approval process for many development projects. No appropriation is required to adopt the updates to the Zoning Code.
