Body

WHEREAS, Dane County Parent Council, Inc. DBA Reach Dane, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  3201 Latham Drive.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

1.  That said street and terrace improvement on the following street be and is hereby accepted:

•                     Latham Drive 5’ concrete sidewalk from Station 57+15 to Station 62+22

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12917 by $11,200.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
