Assessing Benefits Hilldale Way- Maple Terrace - University Avenue Traffic Signal Assessment District (11AD).

Body

The proposed resolution assesses property owners in the Hilldale Way- Maple Terrace - University Avenue Traffic Signal Assessment District (11AD) for work completed. No appropriation is required.

WHEREAS, the construction of improvement(s) on Hilldale Way- Maple Terrace - University Avenue Traffic Signal Assessment District (11AD) has been completed; and,

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the abutting property is to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments; and,

WHEREAS, it has been agreed upon that the Village of Shorewood Hills shall pay 50% of the installation cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit;
