I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointment.  A "Statement of Interests" form is on file.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION

DONNA V. HURD, 7482 East Pass, 53719 (7th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident.  Ms. Hurd is executive director at Boardman Law Firm LLP.  She is active in several civic organizations.  She succeeds Susan Ellingson who resigned.

TERM EXPIRES: 4-19-2011.
