Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract in the Vernon Road Certified Survey Map, Private Contract No. 1999 (17th AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Richard P. & Peggy J. Thomas have satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Eagle Crest Drive - Adjacent to Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 11163

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1999 $7,951.35 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said sidewalk improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.
