Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Snowmist Trail from the north line of Lot 208 (existing street) northerly to the northeast line of Outlot 15.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2033 $62,438.80 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 29, 2007.
