Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by private contract in the American Center Plat Third Addition, Private Contract No. 1837 (17th AD).

Body

WHEREAS, American Family Mutual Insurance Co, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Eastpark Boulevard/American Family Drive (connections to existing sidewalk at intersections with private streets adjacent to the American Center Plat Third Addition).

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1837 $1,108.80 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said sidewalk improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2005.
