Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for John Nolen Drive Expansion Joint Repair-2005, Contract No. 5802.

PREAMBLE
Strand is currently under contract with the City for the preparation of the design and specifications to make the necessary repairs needed to the expansion joints. The expansion joints are currently filled with asphalt and are in continual need of repair, this project will replace the asphalt joints with a steel sliding plate.
BE IT RESOLVED
1) That the plans and specifications for John Nolen Drive Expansion Joint Repair-2005, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
