BE IT RESOLVED,
 
1)      That the plans and specifications for CIPP Rehab of Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewers 2014 - East Side, be and are hereby approved.
 
 
2)      The contractor hereby agrees to immediately stop all work on the contract, to terminate the contract and that no compensation shall be due to the contractor for termination of the contract.  
 
 
3)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
