Body
WHEREAS, Badger Mill Creek, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
-Jeffy Trail from the northerly line of Lot 15 to th south plat line (southerly line of Lot 24).
-Ethan Circle from Flagstone Drive to the north end.
-Flagstone Drive from the west plat line to the easterly line of Lot 21.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2105 $220,900,96 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on March 24, 2007.
