Approving Proposed Revised December 2027 Board of Park Commissioners Meeting Date

The Board of Park Commissioners discussed and adopted the body’s schedule, location and format for 2027 calendar year at its October 14, 2026 meeting. Staff have since determined that the December meeting date as scheduled would fall after the last Common Council meeting of 2027. As such, matters that require consideration by both the Board of Park Commissioners and Common Council would need to be delayed until January 2028. As such, to avoid potential significant delays or hardships, staff are recommending that the schedule be adjusted to December 1, 2027 instead of December 8, 2027.
