Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Valor Way from the south line of Lot 128 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 147 (existing street).
Valor Circle from Valor Way to the west end.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2068 $145,884.65 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on December 28, 2006.
