Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by Private Contract in Blackhawk Church Town Center, Phase II, Private Contract No. 2071. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Brader Way, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Brader Way from the west line of Lot 5 to Bear Claw Way.
Bear Claw Way from Mineral Point Road to north line of Lot 4 (west 1/2 only).
The developer shall construct Madison standard concrete sidewalk at the following locations:
North side of Mineral Point Road from Bear Claw Way westerly to the west line of Lot 3.
Bear Claw Way (west side only) from Brader Way northerly to the north line of Lot 4.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2071 $135,652.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on April 12, 2007.
