Body

WHEREAS, on August 28, 2003, the Developer, Habitat For Humanity of Dane County, Inc., entered into a Contract For Subdivision Improvements with the City for Twin Oaks Subdivision, and,

WHEREAS, the Developer's obligation includes installation of bituminous surface pavement on the streets in said subdivision, and

WHEREAS, the Developer has completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous surface course, on the streets in said subdivision, and,

WHEREAS, the City and the Developer have agreed that the Developer shall compensate the City to install the bituminous surface course on certain streets in said subdivision to fulfill the obligation of the contract.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements for Twin Oaks Subdivision, Contract No. 1930, with Habitat For Humanity of Dane County, Inc.
