DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance rezones property located at 2645 Union Street from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to TR-V1 (Traditional Resident-Varied 1) District. This is a zoning map correction to provide consistent zoning for site developed with existing church and single-family residences.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00250 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00250. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District:
Lot 13, Clyde A Gallagher Replat of Part of Lots 118 and 119, Farwell’s Eastern Addition, said parcel contains 3,960 square feet of land.”
