Body
WHEREAS, Simon & Lenhart, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Owl Creek Drive - West plat line northerly to the existing street
Yesterday Drive - Owl Creek Drive to the east line of Lot 22
Tormey Lane - Owl Creek Drive northerly tapering to the existing roadway
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on February 4, 2004.
