WHEREAS, the City of Madison established a sister city relationship with Bac Giang, Ha Bac, Vietnam on October 10, 1995, adopting Resolution #52,579, ID#18241; and,
 
WHEREAS, the Madison-Bac Giang Sister City Committee is no longer in existence and has been inactive for several years,
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,  that the City of Madison dissolves its sister city relationship with Bac Giang, Ha Bac, Vietnam.
