*2 - Amount approved by Common Council between July, 2003 to December 2004. This includes amendments 2,3,4, and 5 to the HNTB Contract for design of segments 1, 2 and 5.
*3 - Amount approved by Common Council on 12/14/2004. This includes the HNTB Contract for design of East Washington Avenue segments 3 and 4.
*4 - These are the additional funds required and not previously approved by the Common Council. The funds cover state administration fees, state work for soil borings, state work for hazardous soils investigations, and state bridge design work.
