Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements for Nelsons Addition to Rustic Acres, Contract No. 2041. (3rd AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on August 5, 2005, the Developer, Starkweather Square, LLC, entered into a Contact For Subdivision Improvements for Nelsons Addition to Rustic Acres, with the City, and,
WHEREAS, prior to the release of building permits for Lots 8-12, inclusive, and 27-32, inclusive, individual site plans indicating that the grading of said lots conforms to the approved plan for lot corner elevations, shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval, and,
WHEREAS, the developer shall maintain surety in the amount of $2,500 per lot unit said site plans have been approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract for Subdivision Improvements for Nelson Addition to Rustic Acres, Contract No. 2041, with Starkweather Square, LLC.
