Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 3, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than May 15, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
