Body

WHEREAS, Metro-Tech, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

-Town Center Drive from North Sprecher Road to the west plat line.

-Metro Terrace from Milwaukee Street to Town Center Drive.

-Sidewalk on the north side of Hoppman Drive from Metro Terrace to 10-feet west of the west line of Lot 10.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1889 $238,155.79 useful life of 40 years.

WHEREAS, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty shall have commenced on June 1, 2008.
