Title

Report summarizing the discussion of the Pest Management Advisory Committee.

Body

This report is being present to the Common Council as part of the annual evaluation established by the Policy Regarding Pest Management on City Property passed by the Council in 2004.  The Common Council is asked to review the report and comment on the adherence of City agencies to the Policy.  The report and the Council's comments would then be referred to the appropriate Committees/Commissions or Department Directors/Chiefs that oversee the agencies responsible for pest management who would then be tasked with:

1.  Reviewing the report, specifically the agency they oversee

2.  Consider recommendations and concerns from the Pest Management Advisory Committee, the Common Council, and the public.

3.  Take appropriate action to ensure that the Department's pest management activities and plans are in compliance with the City Policy.
