DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance creates the hourly classifications of "Pool Manager" and "Shallow Water Host".

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1.      Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) entitled "Hourly Rate Schedule" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of "Pool Manager" at an hourly 2005 rate of $16.56/hour in Compensation Group 17.

2.       Subdivision (B) of Subsection (2) entitled "Hourly Rate Schedule" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of "Shallow Water Host" at an hourly 2005 rate of  $10.30/hour in Compensation Group 16.
