Body

WHEREAS, Park Meadow Ridge, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the lien waivers and affidavit as required in the Developer's Agreement and that the statute of limitations has since expired.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

- Park Meadow Drive from the west plat line (existing street) to the south plat line (existing street).

- Valley Edge Drive from the west plat line (existing street) to Park Meadow Drive.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1835  $11,217.92 useful of 40 years.
