Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for Third Lake Ridge City Homes PUD, Private Contract No. 1912. 6th Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Third Lake Ridge, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Williamson Street and Ingersoll Street adjacent to the Third Lake Ridge City Homes PUD located at 1037-1045 Williamson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the two-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on April 1, 2004.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1912 $13,333.10 useful life of 40-years.
