DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 970 North Gammon Road from PD (Planned Development) District to LMX (Limited Mixed-Use) District to allow a one-story former daycare center to be converted into service business.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00633 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00633. The following described property is hereby rezoned to LMX (Limited Mixed-Use) District.
Lot 325, Longmeadow Addition To Wexford Village, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 39,521square feet (0.91 acres)”
